Job Description
This full‑time hands‑on GM position can also lead to a franchise owner! Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. Fast food/restaurant management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be available during all operating hours.
Operating hours:
Sunday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Because delivering will be part of your training, you should have a valid Florida driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift: cost control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone and example for the store, and must be on your game 100% of the time!
Responsibilities
Lead a team during your shift
Responsible for all store operations
Help walk‑in customers
Operate the cash register
Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards
Qualifications
Experience leading a team; manage 3 to 30 staff members
Can‑do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time, and doing the right thing while creating a great workplace
Reliable vehicle that is insured with a valid driver’s license
A great role model – the person everyone will look to
Must be at least 18 years old
