Director, Corporate Finance
Responsible for the company’s capital operations, mergers and acquisitions, financing strategies, and financial risk management, ensuring the company’s financial stability and capital efficiency in the global market. This senior executive leads the corporate finance team, supports the executive team, and plays a key role in long‑term growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Operations and Financing Management
Develop the company’s financing strategy, including equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions
Manage and optimize the company’s capital structure to ensure optimal cost of capital
Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investment institutions, and auditing firms
Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Management
Financial due diligence of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic cooperation projects
Develop investment return analysis, financial models, and risk assessments
Lead cross‑functional teams to complete transaction negotiations and execution
Strategic Financial Planning
Participate in company strategic planning and provide financial feasibility analysis for business decisions
Analyze industry trends and market dynamics, and propose suggestions for optimizing financial strategies
Team Management and Process Optimization
Lead the corporate finance team, set performance goals and development plans
Promote the standardization, systematization, and digitalization of financial processes
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of financial data
Risk Management and Compliance
Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and accounting standards
Collaborate with internal audit and legal teams to establish an internal control system
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
Experience: 20 years of financial management experience, covering capital operations, mergers and acquisitions, and financing; at least 5 years in corporate finance or multinational group financial management.
Familiar with IFRS, financial statement analysis, and auditing processes.
