Per Diem RN – must provide 16 shifts in a 6 month time frame

Rotating shifts – weekend and holiday availability required

Qualifications

BSN required

Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required

BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers and ACLS required or can be completed upon hire

Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience

ICU experience preferred

CCRN preferred

Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients

Be comfortable with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, CVVH

Be a strong patient advocate

Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
