Build to Protect Civilization

TRM is a blockchain intelligence company that’s on a mission to build a safer financial system for billions of people. We’re a lean, high‑impact team tackling some of the world’s most critical challenges, ranging from human trafficking and financial fraud to terrorist financing. We are builders who power governments, financial institutions, and crypto companies when the clock is running and the consequences are real.

About the Position We’re looking for a Talent Brand & Programs Manager to drive strategic, high‑impact initiatives that bring our employer brand to life. This role is equal parts program manager and brand strategist, focused on building and scaling initiatives that shape how top talent experiences our team. You'll own key brand pillars—from thought leadership to social and internal storytelling—and operationalize them through repeatable programs, systems, and content that elevate our talent narrative.

You’ll work cross‑functionally across Talent, Marketing, Comms, and Leadership to amplify TRM’s unique voice and value proposition in the talent market. While a separate team member will lead events, you’ll ensure our brand shows up consistently across all candidate touchpoints—from job posts to content to social channels.

The Impact You Will Have

Design and lead scalable employer brand programs, rooted in TRM’s values and hiring strategy

Build and manage a strategic content calendar across multiple channels (social, blog, email, internal comms)

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop custom brand toolkits for hard‑to‑hire roles

Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to extend TRM’s voice into candidate‑facing moments

Develop systems to measure the reach, engagement, and impact of our talent brand efforts

Stand up internal operating models and templates for faster execution and iteration

Advise on brand strategy in partnership with the Talent Events lead—without owning logistics or execution

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in employer brand or talent brand programs

Strong program management skills and ability to scale what works

Proven ability to build brand strategy and drive execution end‑to‑end

Exceptional writing and editing chops, with a sharp eye for narrative and voice

Comfort operating autonomously in a high‑velocity, fast‑changing environment

A systems thinker who thrives on building repeatable playbooks and programs

Bonus: Experience with data and analytics to track campaign performance, report on outcomes, and optimize content strategy

About the Team We’re a remote, async‑first Talent team with a bias toward action and a deep belief in craft. The team blends senior and mid‑level members who value clarity, systems‑thinking, and measurable impact. Our rhythms include weekly hiring syncs, bi‑weekly team meetings, and async updates via Notion and Slack.

Operating Rhythms

Work hours: Minimum 4‑hour overlap with PST business hours

Communication: async‑first with synchronous check‑ins as needed

Compensation

The estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000.

Additionally, this role may be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.

Please note – we factor in the different costs for geographies outside the United States.

Life at TRM We build to protect civilization. That promise shows up in how we work every day. TRM runs fast. Really fast. We’re a high‑velocity team that expects ownership, clarity, and follow‑through. People who thrive here are inspired by hard problems, experimentation, direct feedback. If you are optimizing primarily for consistent work‑life balance, use the interview process to pressure‑test fit.
