Responsibilities
Manage display projects being serviced through Display studio
Work with Agency project leads to assign the right producer to each project
Build and resource display producers around upcoming and active projects
Lead project estimating, scheduling and reporting across all display projects
Advise on display capabilities and support new business presentations
Identify opportunities to internalize work that could be brought within studio
Actively track and report project revenue, actuals and status
Manage project connectivity between onshore and offshore offices
Review and advise on key project creative throughout lifetime of production
Manage and keep producer resource tracking up to date in management portals
Ensure all projects are entered and kept up to date in production management platforms
Keep up to date with client requirements and future needs across all brands and agencies
Point of escalation to project challenges and leads conversations with agencies and client
Work with Head of Studio, Scaled to overcome challenges and report on resource spending
Support training for new display producers and integration into studio team
Actively participate in sourcing new display freelance producer talent and work with Human Resources and Resource Managers to identify candidates for future work
Create forecasts to future scaling or down periods for display production team
Manage external vendor relationships for project collaboration where needed
Support and implementation of company policies and adhering to best practices
Qualifications
10+ years in a production environment
3+ years in a managerial role
Deep understanding in display production and omnichannel content delivery
Excellent time management skills and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think critically and progressively to find creative solutions for any problem
Always maintains a positive and professional attitude
Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
Has managed more than 10 team members
Efficient problem solver in a studio environmentMust be well organized with a keen eye for technical processes
This role is based in the Chicago office 4 days per week and 1 day remote.
US Pay Range $130,000—$160,000 USD
