Sales & Marketing Associate – Bozzuto
Bozzuto is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role you will help promote our residential communities and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
Primary Responsibilities
Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood.
Conduct informative and personalized apartment tours that result in new leases.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media.
Work weekends when prospective residents are looking for their new home—three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.

Salary Range $44,290 — $52,000 USD per year.
