Our client, a leading professional services firm supporting the financial and banking sector, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team onsite in Downtown Boston.
This role will provide hands‑on technical support across the firm’s enterprise environment, ensuring seamless system performance and user productivity. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external partners to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance IT operations.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and related business applications
Administer and support ServiceNow, Citrix, and VPN connectivity
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance and security
Assist with hardware setup, software deployments, and system configurations
Collaborate with IT leadership on process improvement and technology upgrades
Qualifications
3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience in a professional services or banking environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, networking, and remote access technologies
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems and Citrix environments
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
