Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers – the people who keep the store running smoothly and customers satisfied.
You will be the point person for staff, operations, and customer experience, ensuring that all policies and standards are followed. Responsibilities
Oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example for staff, enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time, and hold crew accountable. Staffing and paperwork – manage schedules, fill openings, and complete required documentation. Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and perfect image standards. Handle cashier duties, take inventory, and process online and phone orders. General Job Duties for All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients and prepare products. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Essential Functions & Skills
Perform basic math accurately and quickly; calculate monetary change. Process orders verbally and in writing; use a computer or touch screen to enter orders. Read maps and navigate delivery areas while carrying products. Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes. Communication Skills
Provide clear written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for orders over the phone and in person. Training
Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided. Additional Information – Physical Requirements
Most tasks are performed standing up and walking on ceramic tile or linoleum.
Handles include lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying items up to 30 pounds, pushing trays up to 7.5 pounds, climbing stairs, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are required for delivery duties.
