What You Will Be Doing
Overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction and desired outcomes.
Lead the restaurant management team, oversee financial controls, operations, employee development, guest service and compliance.
Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
Overseen by an Area Coach; directly manage team members, delivery drivers, shift managers and assistant managers.
Interact with team members, management, Area Coaches, customers, field operations, and vendors.
Education & Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Complete all internal certification programs.
1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management.
Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Job Type: Full‑time
Work Location: On‑site
