Summary
As an ADT Senior Product Manager, you will work with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and third parties, to develop and enhance our products. You will prioritize understanding customer needs and pain points, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring value to ADT and drive customer satisfaction. We seek entrepreneurial Product Managers who can drive innovation and execute product initiatives swiftly and effectively.
ADT is transitioning to an in‑office model. New team members will work from home but should plan to return to an in‑office model at a later date. We will keep you well informed and supported throughout the transition.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization to align with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide teams through key project milestones.
Plan, initiate, and oversee hardware projects, managing the development of hardware and firmware to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
Facilitate effective communication across teams to support past, current, and future product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in project goals and progress.
Define and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data to inform product decisions, optimize features, and conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
6+ years of experience in product management or a related role such as Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Engineering.
Proficiency in defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles. Ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver products that are ready for market release.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with launching hardware devices.
Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
