KPMG is currently seeking a Director, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice including: proposing on services, project estimation, performing in a PTI solution architect role, leading pre‑sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key SAP industry personnel
Lead highly skilled client and KPMG Plan to Inventory work teams through full project lifecycles
Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to Plan to Inventory (PTI) capabilities, to clients across multiple industries
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders
Preferred experience in the following: leading pre‑sales activities, a Big Four accounting firm and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Deep expertise in the following SAP business processes and data: MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, production and material master data
Ability to travel up to 60% based on the specific project and location
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
