Responsibilities
Provide accounting and financial reporting support services to clients as part of the Client Accounting Services Consulting Team.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing.
Prepare client statements and reports for review, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Communicate progress, ask clarifying questions, and maintain responsiveness to team and client inquiries.
Adhere to quality standards and time‑budget expectations.
Execute defined processes, propose improvements, and share best practices with the team.
Maintain and expand knowledge of accounting principles and applicable technology platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred; experience in lieu of a degree may be accepted.
0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping or related experience desired; professional services experience a plus.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles and payroll practices.
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct and/or Bill.com a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
