Responsibilities
Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Act as first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within client office suites.
Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
Assist protective agents in field operations, including advance walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
Execute GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
What You Bring
Experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
Certifications & Credentials
Valid Guard Card and Firearm Permit
EMT certificate required
U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
Ability to complete and pass a pre‑hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
Meet‑and‑Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
Skills & Attributes
Command presence and confidence under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
Physical readiness and mental resilience
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
Basic Life Support (AHA); CPR certification
EMT license required
