About The Team In this role, you’ll be reporting into the New Hire Program Team, a sub-team under the Talent & Development function. This team delivers global Stripe wide onboarding and employee engagement programs for new hires and existing Stripes. We partner closely with the business and partner teams to support new managers and leaders in successfully integrating into Stripe.

What you’ll do As the Leadership Onboarding Partner, you will own the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of our Manager Onboarding program and play a key role in our Leadership Onboarding strategy. This role requires a dynamic blend of expert facilitation for senior audiences, learning content design, and meticulous program management to ensure flawless delivery. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to continuously iterate on program outcomes, setting up our new leaders for success in a high-impact, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own the design, delivery and operations of Manager Onboarding, partnering closely with subject matter experts to align with organizational needs and the company's latest strategic direction.

Maintain and update program content across various modalities (live sessions, e-learning, webpages, and demos) in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Ensure lifecycle continuity by collaborating with the Manager Development team to align strategy and insights from onboarding through continuous leadership development.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating facilitated sessions and program strategy through participant feedback and assessment metrics.

Identify and implement strategic improvements, designing end-to-end onboarding experiences with rigorous operational planning.

Support the design and execution of our Leadership Onboarding program in partnership with Head of Onboarding, Leadership Recruiting and People Partners.

Deliver expert facilitation for small and large group onboarding experiences, applying best-in-class adult learning design principles.

Host bi‑weekly Manager Onboarding sessions located in the OP office.

Conduct impactful 360 feedback sessions to significantly enhance the effectiveness of leaders and their teams.

Lead engaging team dynamics sessions for leadership groups, cultivating stronger collaboration and business impact.

Support company-wide onboarding programs as an occasional facilitator.

Take full ownership of program operations, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness while partnering with coordinators to streamline all logistical processes.

Collaborate strategically with stakeholders (People Partners, Hiring Managers, ABPs) across the organization to tailor onboarding experiences and iterate on program delivery models.

Utilize insights and feedback mechanisms to continuously refine and elevate onboarding outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of professional experience facilitating live sessions to audiences of high seniority

8+ years of program management experience for global programs

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a facilitation to senior audience context

Extensive instructional design experience, building and iterating content in support of business goals with a strong eye for aesthetic design and branding

Ability to drive complex, cross‑functional projects from initial design to execution and evaluation

Meticulous attention to detail and quality in support of effective, flawless delivery of content

Experience managing global partners and stakeholders to scale program deliveries

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for making complex concepts simple

Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, and performance‑driven environment

Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with business leaders and key partners across the organization

Exceptional interpersonal skills: demonstrates effective listening, user needs assessment skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root problem causes and drive resolution.

Proven ability to make judgment calls and sound decisions, demonstrating strong accountability, confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

People management experience

In‑office expectations Office‑assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in‑office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in‑office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in‑person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.

Pay and benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $210,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
