Senior Application Developer with Security Clearance
Overview
The Application Developer - Senior serves as the lead of the DevOps Application Development/Sustainment Center of Operations, which ensures overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network. The role administers, maintains, secures, and accredits the DLIFLC Academic Network, providing the IT environment for 100% of DLIFLC teaching and instruction for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.
Responsibilities
Ensuring timely delivery and best DevOps practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management.
Planning, installation, maintenance during or after work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all AppDev servers and applications.
Qualifications
BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years of experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years of experience, with any one of IAT Level II certifications (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) and CE/OS Certification.
7 years of progressive experience as an Application Developer in .NET; experience with DevOps Methodologies, GitLab, and Agile Methodologies.
Relevant experience with Amazon, Microsoft, and Google cloud services, including skills in .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, PHP, and WordPress.
Secret Clearance Salary Range: $140,000 - $156,000
