Compensation Hourly pay rate: $19.25 (eligible for performance bonuses). This reflects the base pay for the position, part of our total compensation package.

What You’ll Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage overall store performance, meeting or exceeding company standards.

Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build business and increase store growth, including training on systems, standards, accounts, collections, and performance reports.

Identify local marketing strategies, B2B partnerships, referrals, and community events to drive growth.

Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, assessing risk within established limits.

Maintain adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local/state laws; participate in audits and compliance reviews.

Supervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention, documenting cash overages/shortages.

Conduct opening and closing procedures and train staff on keyholder duties.

Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining new employees.

Develop work schedules that meet budget and store needs; ensure optimal staffing.

Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.

Maintain store appearance, schedule maintenance, and manage shelf planning; oversee promotional displays.

Execute additional tasks as directed by leadership; work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Maintain a full‑time weekly schedule (minimum 40 hours). Store hours, schedules, and minimum hours may vary by brand; consult recruiter for updated requirements.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industry.

Operational leadership experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday usage (mileage compensated).

Minimum age 18 (19 in Alabama).

Background check required; results considered per applicable law.

Physical ability to stand up to 90% of the time, move up to 25 lb, and operate mechanical controls.

Nice to Haves – Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Associate’s degree or higher.

Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.

Bilingual (English/Spanish); may be required for certain locations.
