Job Title: SharePoint & Power Platform Architect
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid onsite once a week)
Experience: 12-15 years
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands‑on expertise, strong architectural skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.
Primary Skills & Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and create technical design documentation.
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions following best practices and compliance standards.
Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to ensure solution quality.
Hands‑on development experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows).
Strong experience with Dataverse, including tables, security roles, and user/group management.
Expertise in Power Platform environments, solution management, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building reusable components, including Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) using TypeScript and React JS.
Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online (M365).
Experience with SharePoint out‑of‑the‑box features, SPFx development, and PnP web parts.
Stay current with Power Platform and SharePoint enhancements and recommend best practices.
Secondary Skills & Responsibilities
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with third‑party systems.
Installation and configuration of On‑Premises Data Gateways.
Data migration experience.
Review business blueprints, design specifications, and UAT plans.
Participate in cutover and go‑live activities.
Working knowledge of Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Active Directory (AD).
