Job Description Manager, Sales Finance

What you get to do in this role:
Manage the consolidation of a multi‑billion‑dollar sales budget spread across multiple geographies, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Break down financial results into meaningful insights and develop actionable strategies and recommendations to drive business decisions
Create financial models and develop insightful financial reports
Lead projects aimed at profitability improvement, resource allocation, and transformation within the sales organization
Drive strategic transformation across the finance organization
Partner with key stakeholders in the finance and sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal stakeholders and interact with key leaders across the company in support of the Sales team's success
Qualifications
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. This may include using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance role
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field of study
Experience in financial modeling and data analysis with advanced Excel skills
Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations
A strong work ethic and “can do” mindset which enables you to deliver on multiple priorities especially during busier periods including period‑end, annual planning, and long‑range planning processes
A developed sense of ownership and having pride in your work’s integrity, quality, timeliness, and accuracy
Ability to maintain a consistent and balanced presence with stakeholders to understand their objectives and effectively support them in achieving those through technology solutions
Problem‑solving expertise and analytical skills with complementary written and verbal communication skills
Leading multiple initiatives with a scalable solution mindset and being a change agent for the organization
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 – $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
