Opportunity Details Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN Generalist to the group at
NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County.
King’s County Hospital offers comprehensive services to women, including delivering 1,280 live births per annum in the most natural setting possible. A newly renovated Women’s Health Center provides comprehensive services including breast health, colonoscopy, family planning, obstetrics and gynecology, postpartum, and a teen obstetrics clinic. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with

Provides comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care
Evaluates and treats a broad range of gynecologic conditions, both acute and chronic
Delivers routine and preventive gynecologic care in the outpatient setting
Provides clinical and didactic teaching to OB/GYN residents and medical students
Qualifications
Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Wages and Benefits Annual Base Salary:
$296,000
(board eligible);
$301,000
(board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at
$395,800
(board eligible) and
$401,300
(board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top‑tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
