Job Description As a
Research Associate , you will participate on a multi‑disciplinary drug discovery team through the design and synthesis of new molecules. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record and a commitment to tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience; OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern organic synthesis techniques
Strong written and oral communication skills
Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $82,195.00 - $106,370.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock‑based long‑term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
