Job Summary As a creative problem‑solving partner for the Go‑to‑Market Team, Solution Consultants solve business challenges facing the largest enterprises and brands in the world. We consult on exciting opportunities that require deep proven experience and creativity. Our job is to simplify the complex, show quantifiable value in the solutions we propose, and be a credible, trusted advisor for customers and your teammates. In this role you will transform customer business pain into presentations and proof of value which clearly articulate the context and value of Adobe's products in the customer’s daily work stream. You will also act as a leader and mentor to your Solutions teammates, ensuring we continue our position at the forefront of industry knowledge, customer empathy and implementation.

Ideal Skills & Background
Eight years professional experience in a customer facing creative operations, production, post production, digital marketing or Solutions Consulting role.
First hand experience generating content using Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall‑E, OpenAI Sora, Gemini Nano Banana or similar.
Architecting API based workflows across Enterprise Tech Stacks.
Project management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.
Experience with creative production technology systems; MAM, DAM, NLE’s, and other related systems
Experience scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript, a plus.
Concepts of Authentication and Authorization through Active Directory, OKTA or other enterprise directory services
Fundamental understanding of cloud architecture. AWS , Azure architecture a plus.
Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations; Adobe XD, Figma, PowerPoint, Miro and/or Keynote
Background in creative
Self‑managed, adaptable, and dedicated to customer support
Strong verbal and writing skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Experience with Workfront, Dynamics 365 and/or Airtable a plus
Experience using Adobe Workfront Fusion and/or Microsoft Power Automate
Some travel may be required
Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200–$289,000 annually. In Illinois, the pay range is $187,400–$271,400. Salary may vary by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Travel Some travel may be required.
