Youth and Family Ministry Director, Dallas, TX

Youth and Family Ministry Director, Dallas, TX Hope Community Church is looking for a relational and organized Youth & Family Ministry Director to lead programs for middle school, high school, and family discipleship initiatives. This role will shape a Christ-centered environment that engages students and equips parents.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly youth gatherings and Bible studies

Plan retreats, mission trips, and outreach events

Equip and support volunteer leaders

Develop parent resources and family discipleship guides

Coordinate with church leadership for ministry calendar

Maintain safe ministry practices and documentation

Qualifications

Experience in youth ministry or Christian education

Strong communication and teaching skills

Passion for mentoring young people

Ability to manage events and volunteers
