Weekend call required, 2 weekend days per month (one Saturday and one Sunday); 2nd and 3rd call are 24-hour, 4th call is 14-hour and 5th and 6th are 10-hour

Case Types:

Robotics, General (a lot of laps), Neuro, Spine, Burns, Plastics, GYN, OB (not much), Trauma, Vascular, Ortho, and Healthy Peds - no Hearts

Credentialing Timeframe:

90 days, but emergency/temp privileges are available

Supervision Model:

Supervision until MDs know your capabilities - then it is autonomous

Special Considerations:

Must be willing to cross credential at nearby surgery center

Job Summary Access Healthcare Staffing Solution has a Florida CRNA position that requires an active FL license, with cross-credentialing at a nearby surgery center and has an estimated ninety-day credentialing process. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center with a wide surgical mix that includes robotics, general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, spines, trauma, burns, plastics, vascular, GYN, OB, and healthy pediatrics, with no cardiac cases. General surgery, robotics, and orthopedics make up the majority of the workload. The hospital features fifteen ORs along with endo, cath, and OB suites, averaging around two hundred deliveries per month, and uses Ipro for charting.

Call is required and limited to weekends, with two weekend days per month and a minimum of sixteen shifts monthly. The weekend call schedule rotates through multiple tiers, ranging from ten to twenty-four hours depending on the assigned position. Although call is beeper‑based, CRNAs almost always report for morning cases, and later call tiers are typically released earlier once cases are complete. This role is best suited for providers comfortable with a busy, high‑acuity environment and a structured weekend call rotation.

Requirements

Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Florida.

Minimum 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types.

Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable.

Status restrictions: Must not have worked with parent company within past 12 months and live 75 miles within the site. Must not have worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months. Must not have worked at this site or any parent company site within 75 miles. Must live outside of the 75 mile radius. Must not reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach, or Dade County. Must have at least 2 years of experience.
