Job Overview As a Deli Clerk, you will be the face of our deli section, providing outstanding customer service while preparing a variety of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and hot case food items.
You will operate meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and the cash register to serve our customers efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selections and questions.
Prepare and plate deli items ensuring quality and presentation standards.
Operate and maintain food preparation equipment safely.
Ensure accurate and efficient use of the cash register.
Construct and assemble sandwiches and prepared foods to customer specifications.
Keep the deli area organized, clean, and stocked.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
Age 18 years or older.
