R131682**Job Description**We’re looking for an experienced **Product Owner and Technical Product Manager** to join our growing **Digital Platforms** team (Global eCommerce Platforms) and play a critical role in shaping the future of our **enterprise commerce and global content delivery capabilities**. This person will be a key driver in our digital transformation journey, helping us to enable consistent, culturally relevant, and locally optimized customer experiences across all digital touchpoints and global markets.As Product Owner, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across a suite of translation and localization platforms and services — including but not limited to **Translation Management Systems (TMS), localization automation, and integrations with CMS and eCommerce platforms**. You will work at the intersection of content, technology, and international market needs, building scalable, high-impact solutions that support global business growth and multilingual customer engagement.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Platform Ownership:** Manage and evolve a portfolio of translation and localization tools and services, ensuring they align with global content strategies and support scalable, efficient internationalization across digital channels.* **Product Strategy and Vision:** Develop and articulate a forward-looking product roadmap for translation and localization capabilities, enabling faster time-to-market, higher translation quality, and improved collaboration between internal and external language partners.* **Customer-Centric Innovation:** Act as the voice of the customer, using research and data insights to guide prioritization and solutioning. Act as the voice of global customers and regional teams, using feedback and content performance data to guide prioritization and optimize multilingual experiences.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Analytics, IT, UX, Creative, Onboarding and Engineering to deliver cohesive platform experiences.* **Backlog Management:** Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating strategic objectives into actionable user stories and technical requirements.* **Performance & Optimization:** Define and monitor localization KPIs and implement continuous improvements to processes, tools, and translation memory assets.* **Change Agent:** Champion adoption of digital tools and capabilities across teams, and support change management efforts with clear communication and strategic enablement.* **Emerging Tech & AI Integration:** Evaluate and integrate emerging localization technologies to increase efficiency and scalability.* **Vendor Management:** Oversee relationships with Language Service Providers, technology vendors, and managed service partners. Participate in budgeting, contract evaluation, and performance management to ensure service excellence.**Qualifications Required:*** **10+ years of experience** **as a Product Owner or Product Manager** in content, localization, or global digital experience teams..* **10+years of experience working with Translation Management Systems** (e.g., Smartling, TransPerfect, Phrase, XTM) and related localization technologies.* Proven track record of **owning** **platforms and workflows** that support global content delivery, translation quality, and multilingual user experience.* Strong understanding of **internationalization, globalization strategy, and cultural adaptation across digital products and content** with **hands-on experience** in configuring and scaling enterprise commerce systems.* Excellent communication and **stakeholder management skills**, with the ability to **translate complex requirements** into business value.
