We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Quickbooks Web Growth team. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, outcomes, and team development for high‑leverage growth initiatives across the QuickBooks front doors. You will define and lead multi‑quarter growth strategies, scale and mentor a team of PMs, and influence cross‑functional partners at all levels to drive durable impact. This is a unique opportunity to help build the growth function from the ground up and define its future at Intuit.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Ownership

Define and own the multi‑quarter growth strategy aligned to top‑line business objectives while solving deep seated customer problems.

Identify and prioritise high‑leverage opportunities for growth, balancing quick wins with long‑term investments.

Serve as a key voice in Quickbook’s product strategy, representing Growth in executive forums and org‑level planning processes.

Organizational Design and Team Building

Lead and develop a team of high‑performing product managers.

Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, data‑driven decision making, and customer‑centricity across the team.

Create clarity in ambiguity and establish strong product practices to scale growth as a durable capability.

Cross‑Functional Influence

Act as a connective tissue across Design, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Marketing and more to drive aligned execution.

Partner with senior product and business leaders to integrate growth thinking across the broader organization.

Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles for the Growth team, ensuring prioritisation reflects business impact.

Data‑Informed Experimentation and Innovation

Leverage deep analytics and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and define hypotheses for testing.

Guide the team in designing and executing rapid experiments while maintaining focus on sustainability and customer outcomes.

Champion instrumentation, logging, and experimentation best practices across GBSG.

Execution and Scale

Drive end‑to‑end delivery of growth initiatives—from ideation to execution and measurement—across multiple teams.

Pilot and codify growth tactics that can scale across business units, enabling repeatable success patterns.

Establish operating mechanisms and success metrics to track business impact and ensure accountability.

Qualifications Experience

12+ years in product management, with 5+ years managing senior product managers.

Demonstrated success building and scaling high‑performing teams and driving growth at scale.

Proven track record in product‑led growth, experimentation, and funnel optimisation, ideally within complex or multi‑product platforms.

Strategic and Organizational Leadership

Experience setting multi‑quarter product strategy and influencing senior executives.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect growth initiatives to company‑wide goals and financial outcomes.

Skilled at navigating organisational complexity and driving clarity in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Customer‑Centricity and Data Fluency

Deep customer empathy and the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions.

Comfortable working with analytics, experimentation platforms and data science to make informed bets.

Execution and Communication

Track record of delivering results with cross‑functional teams in agile, high‑velocity settings.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading growth in a scaled product environment.

Familiarity with AI‑driven optimisation and personalisation.

Background in fintech, SaaS or B2B solutions serving SMBs.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California: $237,500 - $321,500
