About The Role
Head Of Production, Development & Procurement
Bodily develops research-driven products for key physiological transitions in women's bodies. We are a lean, omni-channel business (DTC, Amazon, wholesale) operating a complex physical product ecosystem across ~250 SKUs. We value rigor, clarity, financial discipline, and strong execution. Our team is hands-on, high-accountability, and focused on building scalable systems that support long-term growth. The role is accountable for taking products from development through finished goods delivery—on time, at target cost, and at required quality—while actively managing financial risk, inventory liability, and cash exposure. This is a remote-hybrid role. Candidates must be based in New York or tri-state area to support in-person collaboration, fittings, and cross-functional work as needed. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep technical knowledge, strong supplier negotiation, and disciplined operational execution.
