As a Senior Associate, you work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will analyse complex problems, mentor others, maintain rigorous standards and manage specific workstreams of client engagements within specific Insurance markets such as P&C, Life, Annuities, Group & Retirement. Responsibilities
Manage financial operations and administration for Insurance clients. Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions. Mentor team members to enhance their skills. Maintain rigorous quality standards. Build and sustain meaningful client relationships. Navigate and manage complex situations effectively. What You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree. 3 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry. What Sets You Apart
Preferred Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration/Management, Economics or related fields. Proficiency with transaction lifecycles of Insurance products and financial operations of Insurance clients. Experience in operations and administration of Insurance businesses and data/systems interactions including IT tools. Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and have access to a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
