There is never a dull moment with us.**Job Description/Preferred Qualifications****What You’ll Do*** Work with a supportive team to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and improve processes.* Collaborate with production teams to develop action plans and implement solutions.* Learn how to use problem-solving methods like 7-Step and 8D to uncover root causes and drive improvements.* Get hands-on experience with creating and updating design drawings using CAD tools.* Explore how parts and assemblies come together, and help configure Bills of Materials (BOMs).* Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for better designs and processes.* Participate in exciting projects that introduce new products and improve existing ones.* Travel opportunities (up to 25%) to see your work in action across different locations.**What We’re Looking For*** A curious mind and a passion for learning.* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenges.* Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas clearly.* Interest in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, or engineering principles.* Familiarity with tools like CAD, Matlab, or Python is a bonus—but not required!
