As a CyberArk Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing our cybersecurity and identity management capabilities. You will coordinate with external stakeholders, including DHS CISA integrators, to implement the Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM)/Mandatory User Re-Authentication (MUR) solutions at the Department of Transportation (DOT). This involves integrating DOT's SailPoint infrastructure with the ServiceNow environment and maintaining the ILM solution across development, testing, and production environments.\ \ Responsibilities\>\ \ \ Support ILM workflows for Privileged Account Management (PAM) tools and Active Directory (AD), build new system connections, and maintain Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Dashboard integrations.\ \ Deploy software updates, report on SailPoint IdentityIQ operations, and support the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities.\ \ Provide on‑call and after‑hours support, participate in annual Disaster Recovery testing, document recovery plans, and offer subject‑matter expertise to recommend and implement improvements.\ \ Ensure compliance with DOT processes for change management and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring data integrity for CDM dashboard compliance per DHS CISA requirements.\ \ \ Qualifications\>\ \ \ Minimum of 8 years’ related experience providing business solutions engineering support, including architectural design, engineering design, proof of concept development, pilots, analysis, results, and documentation. \ Perform day‑to‑day activities to assist and identify technology solutions that meet enterprise requirements.\ \ Map functional requirements into technological requirements and identify technologies that meet those requirements.\ \ Conduct proof of concept, pilots and demos to evaluate suitability of given technologies.\ \ Evaluate trade-offs between competing solutions and develop quantitative, driven analysis of alternatives.\ \ Produce written analysis of research and recommendation papers that clearly describe the process followed, alternatives considered, evaluation criteria and rationale for recommendation.\ \ \ Job Role Specific Requirements\>\ \ \ CyberArk Sentry Certification: obtain within 1 year of start of employment, with SAIC covering exam cost. \ Three years’ experience designing and implementing comprehensive lifecycle management processes for CyberArk in an organization comparable to DOT. \ Five years’ server administration experience with Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8. \ Three years’ dedicated CyberArk experience in a design architect role, including disaster recovery planning and high‑availability system administration. \ U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and can obtain a public trust clearance.\ \ \ Preferred Skills and Qualifications\>\ \ \ Proficiency in integrating CyberArk with SailPoint, harmonizing privileged access management with identity governance solutions.\ \ Advanced Active Directory expertise, covering user interface aspects, technical components, and automation via PowerShell.\ \ Database management experience with SQL Server 2019, including backups, indexing, integrity checks, configuration, port and protocol management, and data modeling.\ \ Experience configuring CyberArk for secure integration with various systems, devices, networks, cloud services, and storage solutions.\ \ \ Salary\>\ \
