responsibilities based on Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to forecast talent needs, refine role-specific strategies, and support succession and organizational planning Lead the management and continuous optimization of Workday Recruiting and recruiting technologies, ensuring the system supports scalable, compliant, and data-driven talent acquisition processes across the enterprise. Partner with HRIS, IT, and key stakeholders to enhance functionality, improve user experience, and align with evolving business needs duties and responsibilities **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Education and Required Experience** Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Eight or more years of talent acquisition experience, with deep knowledge of cross-industry and multi-level hiringExperience with corporate-level recruitment strategy development is essential **Skills Required** Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office, sourcing tools, and advanced recruitment analyticsStrong knowledge of recruitment trends, labor laws, immigration best practices, and industry benchmarks Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships and influence senior leadership **Working Environment & Physical Demands**This hybrid role may involve occasional travel and on-site work. Employees will sit, stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Vision for computer work and the ability to multitask are required. PPE may be needed on-site. Office or business casual attire is appropriate.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $130,000-$170,000 USD per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
