Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams
Experience with Microsoft Teams lifecycle management, collaboration features, and integrations
Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 and SharePoint automation
Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management and Microsoft Purview compliance and security tools (DLP, sensitivity labels, auditing, etc.)
Experience with various Linux Distros and Microsoft Windows Server 2016 through 2025
Preferred:
Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments
Experience with hybrid Exchange environments
Azure Solutions Architect experience
NetApp Storage Array Experience
VMWare VCF Experience
VEEAM VRO Experience
Agile project management or ITIL certification
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary architect and SME for Microsoft AZURE IaaS including Network, Firewalls, Virtual machines, App Services, Automations and Security of cloud resources
Serve as the primary architect and SME for M365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Mail)
Manage M365 tenant‑level settings and ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud performance, availability, and reliability issues
Administer Microsoft Teams, including lifecycle management, policies, guest access, Entra ID, MFA, SAML integrations and Identity Protections
Provide user training, documentation, support, and guidance for SharePoint, M365 and AZURE IaaS features and best practices including compliance
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce data loss prevention (DLP), retention, and access policies
