Key Responsibilities Strategic Platform Leadership

Build and maintain the firm’s concierge services framework, centered on connecting clients with elite third-party providers.

Develop and update comprehensive lists of premier service partners across travel, luxury hospitality, entertainment, event coordination, security, and health/wellness.

Create structured processes for vetting, onboarding, reviewing, and rotating preferred providers to ensure consistently high standards.

Provider Network Development

Luxury travel advisors, charter brokers, aviation/yacht specialists

High‑end event planners and destination management companies

Security firms, risk consultants, and protective‑services experts

Medical concierge providers, top specialists, and wellness practitioners

Negotiate service expectations, confidentiality standards, and performance requirements with each provider.

Maintain a comprehensive provider directory and intelligence database.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

Serve as the client’s central point of contact for lifestyle needs, determining the right provider for each request.

Ensure introductions, handoffs, and ongoing support are thoughtful, seamless, and reflective of the firm’s service philosophy.

Proactively understand client preferences, travel habits, family dynamics, and privacy considerations to make tailored provider recommendations.

Quality Assurance & Oversight

Monitor provider performance, client satisfaction, and service quality across all categories.

Implement feedback loops and regular provider reviews to maintain high standards.

Ensure all service partners adhere to strict confidentiality, safety, and UHNW‑appropriate protocols.

Develop and maintain internal policies, SOPs, and documentation for the concierge platform.

Coordinate with internal compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure third‑party providers meet the firm’s vetting standards.

Manage budgets, preferred‑provider agreements, and referral frameworks as appropriate.

Maintain awareness of global risks (travel advisories, security concerns, medical access issues) and ensure providers are prepared to respond.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UNHW client service, private banking, luxury hospitality, family office operations or concierge management.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an elite network of service providers.

Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Strong operational leadership and team‑building experience.

Ability to manage high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations with professionalism.

Willingness to be available outside traditional business hours to support client needs.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or specialized industry certifications preferred.
