Responsibilities
Independently review, draft, and negotiate a variety of international commercial agreements in English (common law).
Collaborate with internal business teams to ensure legal documentation accurately reflects the intended business relationships.
Analyze, interpret, and apply different regulatory frameworks across various jurisdictions where the company operates.
Proactively identify and address potential legal risks and propose effective solutions.
Assist in finalizing legal documents for execution.
Provide legal support and oversight for multiple departments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay informed of new regulations and industry developments that may impact the company’s business.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus.
At least 4 years of prior experience in a law firm (advisory, transactional, or regulatory work preferred).
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in common law jurisdictions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk assessment.
Strong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-performance results.
Experience working with different regulatory environments worldwide, desirable.
More than 8 years of legal experience in contracts.
