An established e-commerce organization is seeking an E-Commerce Returns Manager to oversee and optimize the full returns process across online sales channels. This role focuses on efficiency, cost control, fraud prevention, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing end-to-end returns and reverse logistics
Overseeing refunds, inventory recovery, and accuracy
Analyzing return data to reduce return rates
Preventing fraud and controlling operational costs
Collaborating with operations, customer service, and finance teams
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience managing returns or reverse logistics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong process management abilities
Familiarity with marketplace return policies
Ability to work cross-functionally
Salary: $45k - $50k/Year
