The Graduate Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) Nurse delivers nursing care for patients across their life span, and through the nursing process, assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, evaluates and documents the effects of care. The graduate nurse who holds a temporary practice permit must practice under the supervision of an experienced, Pennsylvania registered nurse who is physically present in the unit or area where the graduate nurse is practicing.*Please complete your application using your full legal name and current home address.
