Family Medicine Physician
Hennepin Healthcare System seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive patient care at the Richfield Clinic and other affiliated sites.
Responsibilities
Provide health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management at outpatient clinics.
Collaborate with clinical support teams including lab services, pharmacy, radiology, behavioral health, diabetes educator, and social work.
Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation using EPIC and Care Everywhere.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Eligible must attain Board Certification within 4 years from completion of training).
Current DEA Certificate or eligibility for certificate.
