Senior Vice President of Enrollment Services and Student Success – LIM College

Founded in 1939 and located in midtown Manhattan, LIM College is focused on the global business of fashion and lifestyle. It offers master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degree programs that prepare students for career success through immersive learning and paid internships. The Opportunity Reporting to President Ron Marshall, the Senior Vice President will serve as the chief enrollment strategist and a key member of the President’s Cabinet and Leadership Team. The role leads a student-centered, data-informed approach to enrollment management and student success, overseeing Admissions, the Registrar, and Academic Advising to ensure alignment across the full student lifecycle—from inquiry and application through course registration, academic progression, and degree completion. Responsibilities Develop and execute enrollment and student success strategies aligned with institutional goals. Lead and integrate Admissions, Registrar, and Academic Advising functions. Use data analytics to inform decision‑making and improve student outcomes. Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student experience and retention. Compensation The salary range is $200,000–$220,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including tuition remission, six weeks of paid holidays, 3–5 weeks of paid time off, health and retirement benefits, and an active campus presence with flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
