What You’ll Do We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) to support our Boutique Team Leader in creating an engaging environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests.
Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching.
Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks while maintaining guests as a top priority.
Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
Assisting in building bench strength by preparing team members for higher responsibility.
Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with the team.
Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering visual brand standards.
Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions.

Position Requirements
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store.
Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results.
Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
Flexible and adaptable.
Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet boutique needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
