Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize real‑time, latency‑sensitive applications on CPU/GPU platforms for 5G/6G RAN systems.

Develop, debug, and test signal processing algorithms at the PHY/MAC layer.

Benchmark, profile, and optimize radio protocol performance across GPU/CPU/NIC platforms.

Build and maintain tools/frameworks for performance verification, regression analysis, and bottleneck detection.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (hardware, firmware, and software) to integrate and optimize RAN solutions.

Research and apply AI/ML techniques for 6G RAN innovation.

Stay current with emerging GPU architectures and apply them to future radio access networks.

Required Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

8–10+ years in software/hardware development, with focus on wireless communications and/or cellular networks.

Advanced skills in C/C++, Python, and shell scripting.

Strong knowledge of GPU, CPU, or DSP architectures, memory, I/O, and networking interfaces.

Experience with SoC firmware and system integration for eNodeB/gNodeB or terminal products.

Proficiency with CUDA or similar frameworks highly preferred.

Proven track record in performance analysis, optimization, and benchmarking.

E2E understanding of RAN architecture, with exposure to AI/ML research in wireless systems highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical and debugging skills.

6G AI/ML RAN research experience is highly desirable.

Ability to visualize and analyze large‑scale performance data.

Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines.

Passion for learning and applying new GPU advancements to next‑gen radio stacks.
