Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) to drive innovation in advanced radar technologies. Responsibilities
Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions. Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution. Conduct system verification and support certification activities. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to accomplish technical objectives. Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership on technical matters as required. Work in hands‑on laboratory or field environments; shift work may be required. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or equivalent combined with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience. Functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, and components. Experience with integration and test of radar systems, including functional and performance verification and development of test procedures and plans. High proficiency in use of MATLAB and Python for data analysis. Flexibility to work non‑standard work shifts and weekends as required by the supported program. U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance. Desired Skills
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or equivalent. Radar systems development and test experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation. Experience with RF systems or antenna testing in near‑field and far‑field test environments. Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti‑Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and design considerations. Familiarity with earned value management. Benefits
