Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Commission-Based Director of Growth to lead our business development in the Construction & Renovation sector. This full-time, on-site role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategic growth plans, and overseeing sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project execution to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills to drive growth and expand market reach.
Expertise in Project Management to oversee and ensure timely delivery of construction and renovation projects.
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, performance data, and develop actionable insights.
Preferred experience in the construction and renovation industry.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Role Highlights
3%–5% commission on labor revenue.
Full ownership of lead generation and sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Lead generation, sales follow-up, marketing, advertising, social media, and CRM management. This role owns the front end of the business from first inquiry through signed contract and deposit.
Ideal Candidate Experience in sales, business development, or construction-related marketing. Comfortable selling high-ticket renovation projects and motivated by commission-based compensation.
