We are seeking

Assistant Store Managers

for our Hilton Head and Bluffton locations. This is a regular, full-time position with scheduled hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Three to five years of retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and inviting environment.

Resolve customer issues by determining the best solution according to company guidelines.

Effectively display merchandise on the sales floor.

Keep store orderly and perform general housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, etc.).

Maintain awareness of promotions and coupons.

Effectively train new employees.

Suggest upsells when appropriate.

Delegate tasks and supervise sales associates as needed.

Process, accept, and transfer merchandise shipments between the different locations.

Qualifications

Outgoing, sales goal‑driven personality.

Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to effectively communicate with management, customers, and co‑workers.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Physically able to stand for extended periods of time, handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and climb ladders as needed.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
