We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, experience working with senior leadership, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
The role is responsible for driving high impact programs, stewarding critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams, and partnering with other TPMs and leaders across the organization to drive a portfolio of programs.
You will also be part of a centralized PMO team that thrives on learning from and teaching each other, improving our craft, and growing, and the broader Intuit Program Management community.
Responsibilities
Be a leader in the Foresight PMO org
Drive planning, execution, and operations across AI and LLM product areas
Own all aspects of program structure, execution, and communication, including Product and Program Reviews, sprint planning, sprint demos, code jams, and more.
Support our various external partnership programs
Build operational rigor and operational processes to cross‑functional teams to ensure sustainable results and delivery against the timelines
Identify core and critical issues to organizational performance and clearly communicate status, progress, and results across the organizational boundaries and levels
Build and maintain relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure strong collaboration, raise the profile of the team and its key initiatives, and capitalize on emerging opportunities
Job Responsibilities: Focus strategically
Accelerate the most strategic business outcomes by working collaboratively with VP+ leaders in your space to drive portfolio strategy and align squad resource allocations.
Identify when a decision or tradeoff is needed, drive discussions, assess options, and provide principled and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders for final decision.
Drive program execution, ensure program deliveries align to operational standards, contribute to the continuous improvement of operational standards.
Lead change
Generate broad executive level support for the program/portfolio.
Partner with leadership to create a culture where teams are encouraged to share information, constructively debate and communicate freely.
Evangelize change and contribute to the development of a high performing team.
Enable scale
Define and implement program/portfolio best practices that are repeatable and embody continuous improvement.
Drive areas of improvement across the program and work with stakeholders to enable cross‑Intuit acceleration.
Domain expertise
Navigate enterprise finance, legal, & privacy program areas with ease, drawing from experience to accelerate outcomes, predict challenges, and prevent failures.
Apply your expertise in software development approaches & SDLC methodologies to the portfolio, and help drive operational excellence.
Identify and leverage expertise in others to reach solutions.
Deliver programs
Develop and execute against a high quality plan that is organized into manageable pieces that can be individually owned.
Use data to assess outcomes and progress to plan, and use independent judgment to provide insights and communicate to stakeholders.
Establish mechanisms for the team to identify risks and issues, and present recommended response plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proven program manager with 8+ years’ experience as a Technical Program Manager, with demonstrated success driving clarity and strategic direction for high‑velocity, innovative engineering teams operating in conditions of significant ambiguity
Experience with AI, GenAI or other emerging technologies
Passion for operational excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience; willing and able to challenging the status quo
Excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, and can execute and deliver successfully in situations where authority is not a given
Experience with high growth, fast moving teams and projects
Exceptional ability to work cross functionally and to build cross‑functional partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate at all organizational levels. Applies the nuances of influencing based on the situation, knowing when to push and when to ease through designs, ideas, and roadmaps.
