Function/Duties of Position Flourish Clinic, The Early Assessment & Support Alliance Center for Excellence (EASA C4E), supports youth at‑risk for serious mental health conditions and those with complex medical, developmental, and psychosis symptoms. The clinic is part of the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Oregon Health & Science University.

Key responsibilities:

Clinical Service (80%): Provide psychiatric assessments and clinical services to youth requiring care, including supervising general psychiatry residents and child & adolescent psychiatry fellows in outpatient clinics.

Administrative/Academic Activities (20%): Support administrative work related to clinical service, participate in scholarly, service, and teaching activities at the department, school, institutional, or national level.

Participate in weekly case conferences, weekly team meetings, and EASA statewide collaborative meetings.

Engage in clinical research projects and fulfill required trainings (EASA C4E modules, SIPS, multifamily group, CBTp, third‑wave CBTp).

Provide periodic weekend call coverage of inpatient Consult‑Liaison Services and Emergency Room, as expected of all physician members of the Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.

Required Qualifications

Board eligible or board certified in Child Adolescent Psychiatry and board certified in adult psychiatry.

Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

The qualified candidate will:

Work effectively with the outpatient clinic team.

Apply a biopsychosocial and trauma‑informed lens.

Comfortably manage children, youth, and families with mental health and psychosis‑spectrum illnesses.
