Overview
We are seeking a Permanent Associate focused on Corporate Healthcare and FDA Regulatory matters in a leading legal industry firm. The Associate will provide legal support to healthcare clients on transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, with a deep understanding of FDA‑regulated activities, clinical trials, and government regulators.

Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to clients in the healthcare industry, focusing on FDA regulatory matters, corporate governance, and transactional issues.
Assist in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of corporate transactions in the healthcare sector.
Advise clients on the development, production, and marketing of FDA‑regulated products.
Assist in the design and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and other applicable laws.
Work closely with government regulators to address any legal or compliance issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic solutions.
Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare law, FDA regulations, and corporate governance, and advise clients accordingly.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, specifically in the healthcare sector.
Proven experience in dealing with FDA regulatory matters, clinical trials, and corporate governance.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including providers and transactional matters.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience in handling complex transactions.
Ability to work effectively with government regulators.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
