About The Team The Healthcare Enterprise Architecture team works closely with our sales counterparts while also sitting at the critical intersection of product management, consulting services, and value management. This unique position provides broad exposure to various areas of the business, enabling collaboration across multiple functions to drive success.
About The Role In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects, crafting the overall solution strategy to achieve their business objectives. With deep healthcare expertise and understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, you will establish yourself as a leader with a valued point of view.
Responsibilities
Leading strategic, complex, platform opportunities – architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
Identifying and analyzing key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the overall solution landscape, developing solution maps.
Providing expert guidance to sales and deal teams on how to differentiate with Workday technology.
Collaborating across functional groups (Value Management, Services, Customer Success Management) to create customer experiences that build long‑term, sustainable relationships.
Travel as necessary – primarily remote with up to 40‑50 % travel.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years Enterprise Software Consulting experience or hands‑on experience with a healthcare practitioner/payor supporting enterprise software applications (+5 years for Senior).
1+ years delivering compelling presentations both in person and virtual, effectively communicating technical concepts and critical initiatives.
1+ years developing and implementing technology roadmaps, architectural designs, and frameworks to support business objectives and scalability.
1+ years of applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards, ensuring compliance and industry standards.
Other Qualifications
Proven success in leading large‑scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
Consulting expertise including current state analysis and recommendations using architecture diagrams, technology roadmaps, and business cases.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role‑specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
Primary Location: USA, NY – Home Office
Base Pay Range: $115,500 USD – $173,300 USD
