About the Role As a Senior Space Planner, you will lead strategic space planning for multiple sites, manage complex projects, and mentor junior staff. You’ll play a key role in aligning space planning with business growth and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic space planning for Wilmington and Chelmsford sites.

Develop and revise standards, guidelines, and long‑term space utilization plans.

Oversee project management, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Supervise CADD technicians and provide technical guidance.

Maintain and improve documentation libraries and ensure compliance with standards.

Collaborate with business leaders to align space planning with growth and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and significant experience (typically 7+ years).

Advanced technical and leadership skills; experience managing large‑scale facilities or multiple sites.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Expected wage range for a new hire: $99,000 to $148,500.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus based on personal and company factors.
