We are seeking middle grade doctors with at least 2 years ED experience to fill Specialty Doctor posts full or part time across both Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells site.

Main duties of the job
Duties of the posts include: To liaise between nurses, other clinicians, patients, relatives in order to support safe care Attend and participate in board rounds, ward rounds and other related daily unit activities Provide appropriate workplace supervision to other staff as and when needed as requested Maintain high standards of professionalism, especially in relation to documentation Participate in the Emergency rota. Discharge notifications and follow up clinic letters as directed. About us

Its major hospitals are the Tunbridge Wells Hospital at Pembury, and the Maidstone Hospital. To provide a high standard of care to any patient for whom you have clinical responsibility. To participate in clinical and other service activities and developments with the aim of ensuring a high standard of patient care across the Trust. To work in close co-operation with other medical, professional and managerial colleagues, both within and outside the specialty, to provide high quality health care to the Trusts patients, and to make a contribution to future thinking about the Trusts strategic direction Person Specification
Qualifications
GMC registration (full) MB BS (or equivalent) MCEM (or part) ATLS ALS APLS EPLS Clinical Experience
Completed Foundation training or equivalent Completed at least 4 years full time post grad training, at least 2 of which will be in Emergency Medicine Teaching Skills
Previous teaching experience Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. £61,542 to £99,216 a yearper annum / pro rata
