Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
San Jose, CA | Full-time or Part-time | $90,000–$125,000/year
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy across receptive & expressive language, articulation & fluency, feeding/swallowing (if interested), and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and feeding therapists in a highly supportive environment.
Mentor and support SLPAs and Clinical Fellows as part of our team‑based model.
Participate in leadership initiatives to support growth (optional but encouraged).
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers.
Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life We welcome traditional Monday–Friday 9‑6 schedules, but also offer alternative options such as:
5‑day traditional work week
4‑day work weeks with 10‑hour shifts
Split schedules such as some full days and shorter days
Saturday availability for weekend sessions, earning an additional $10 per billable hour

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed SLP in California (REQUIRED)
CCC from ASHA (REQUIRED)
Experience in Pediatrics preferred
Strong interest in collaborative, interdisciplinary care
Newer therapists with the right mindset and drive are also welcome
